We continue to assess the situation daily, and we have implemented industry best practices such as, social distancing, We are also remaining vigilant and adhering to all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local health authorities.
Effective March 17th at 12:00 PM, NCI Datacom will be closing its Business Office to the public.
We will continue to support your internet connection with over the phone tech support, and we will continue to provide the same outstanding levels of service that you have come to depend on from NCI Datacom.

You rely on us to help power your livelihood, for entertainment, for your connection to the world, and we understand the responsibility that entails. Meeting that responsibility day in and day out is our primary focus.
We have taken substantial precautionary measures to limit the potential spread of the virus and are committed to supporting our employees in this time. We’re working to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you for the long term.
If you need to pay your upcoming statement, please use one of the following methods;
Use the drop box outside our office door.
Call the office with a credit or debit card.
Use the online customer portal. If you need the login information, please call our office.
Today we are setting up a drop box for routers and other equipment. This drop box will be ready by 4pm. We are asking that you call us to let us know beforehand that you will be dropping it off.
