This email is to alert you about upcoming maintenance we will be performing on our network.
This maintenance is expected to impact your services as detailed below.
Affected Areas: Customers in the Chesaw and Sitzmark areas.
Date of Work: Wednesday – December 12th, 2018
Time of Work: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Severity: Service Affecting
Affected Services: All Internet Access and VoIP Telephone Service
Technicians will be performing work to upgrade network equipment.
Multiple 5 to 10 minute drops are possible during this upcoming maintenance.
Precautions will be made to ensure that any interruptions are as short as possible and kept to a minimum.
The proposed maintenance should take approximately 1 hour to complete; a longer maintenance window is being called for to ensure adequate time is allotted to deal with any unforeseen issues that may arise during the course of this routine maintenance.
