Date of Work: Wednesday – March 6th, 2019
Time of Work: 12:01 AM to 4:00 AM
Severity: Service Affecting
Affected Services: All Internet Access and VoIP Telephone Service
Technicians will be performing work to replace network equipment. A 60 minute outage is expected during this upcoming maintenance.
Precautions will be made to ensure that any interruptions are as short as possible and kept to a minimum.
The proposed maintenance should take approximately 1 hour to complete; a longer maintenance window is being called for to ensure adequate time is allotted to deal with any unforeseen issues that may arise during the course of this routine maintenance.
