Administrative Assistant

Work Schedule

Part time. Monday through Friday, schedule to be determined. Other times as required or scheduled.

Duties

  • Greet Customers on the phone and at the front counter and process their requests, or route to the appropriate person.
  • Site Surveys: Fill Out and/or Help Customers fill out site surveys.
  • Print Forms for office use; Site Survey and Cancellation forms.
  • Process Incoming and Outgoing Mail.
  • Process payments received on account including Credit Card Spreadsheets and Post mailed checks customer accounts.
  • Prepare deposits.
  • Scheduling service call and installation work as needed.
  • General Customer Service activity, taking payments, answering sales, service and billing questions, routing phone calls.
  • Filing Customer Paperwork and other paperwork as needed.
  • Fold and stuff customer statements.
  • Prepare and mail out Thank You cards.
  • Printing various Service forms and information.
  • Check in shipments received and fill out log sheets.

Performance Expectations

  • Timely completion of tasks.
  • Duties performed in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

Customer Service Representative

Work Schedule

Full time. 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays 10am to Noon.

Job Objectives

Primary responsibility for office clerical and phone tech support operations.

Duties

  • Perform telephone support of NCI products and services, in particular highspeed wireless internet access, and fiber internet access and email services.
  • Maintenance of customer accounting and other records in the customer records system, Platypus. Including customer information, payment records, invoices, statements, deactivations, new customer paperwork, rates and billing dates.
  • Scheduling service call work as indicated by troubleshooting activity.
  • Scheduling installation work as indicated by customer requests in coordination with company procedure.
  • General Customer Service activity, taking payments, answering sales and service questions, routing phone calls.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Performance Expectations

  • Timely completion of tasks.
  • Duties performed in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
  • Good understanding of all office procedures.

Qualifications

  • General Knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Explorer, Word and Excel.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills.

  • Basic understanding of office operation and scheduling.
  • Able to perform technical assessments and troubleshooting.

Wireless Internet Technician / Installer

Work Schedule

Full time. 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Other times as required or scheduled.

Job Objectives

Perform New Service Installations for NCI Datacom Internet and Telephone Services.

Duties

  • Provide on-site technical support and repair for Wireless and Fiber customer problems.
  • Install customer premise equipment for Wireless, Fiber and Telephone services according to requirements and guidelines provided by NCI Datacom.
  • Installation of Ethernet networks including wiring, patch panels and other termination as needed for the network.
  • Maintain and operate tools in a safe and professional manner. Maintain and update customer records accurately.
  • Maintain and operate company vehicles in accordance with NCI Policy and procedure and in compliance with law.

  • Timely completion of tasks.
  • Duties performed in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
  • Customer Satisfaction is achieved.

Qualifications

  • General Knowledge of Computer networking and computers.
  • Good organization and prioritization skills.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
  • Able to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadline requirements.
