Time of Work: 12:01 AM to 3:00 AM
Severity: Service Affecting
Affected Services: All Internet Access and VoIP Telephone Service
Technicians will be performing work to replace network equipment. A 30 minute outage is expected during this upcoming maintenance with multiple 5 to 10 minute outages throughout the time frame.
Precautions will be made to ensure that any interruptions are as short as possible and kept to a minimum.
The proposed maintenance should take approximately 2 hours to complete; a longer maintenance window is being called for to ensure adequate time is allotted to deal with any unforeseen issues that may arise during the course of this routine maintenance.
